Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主軸ハウジングに対し主軸を流体軸受にてラジアル並び
    にスラスト軸承し、主軸の一端のチャック取付面に近接
    してスラスト基準面を設す、チャック取付面と反対側の
    主軸他端部を流体軸受より突出させ、この突出部に回転
    バランス取りしたモータのロータを固着し、モータのス
    テータをロータと同軸的に配置し、主軸ハウジングの端
    壁に断熱的に取付けたことを特徴とする精密加工用主軸
    装置。
