Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 一端に加工具８を備えた主軸５を軸受部材４
により支持し、主軸５の回転に伴いワークを加工
するようにした工作機械において、 前記主軸５の加工具８側端部に大径部１２を形
成するとともに、前記軸受部材４には大径部１２
の周面及び両側面に静圧力を作用させるための静
圧発生部１５〜１７を設けたことを特徴とする主
軸装置。 ２ 前記主軸５は大径部１２から加工具８とは反
対側に長く延びる小径部１３を有するとともに、
前記軸受部材４はその小径部１３の周面に静圧力
を作用させるための静圧発生部１４を備えている
