(Prior Art) In recent years, research on vitamin C in fish has been conducted in various fields. In 1962, abnormalities caused by curved dorsal vertebrae occurred frequently at rainbow trout fish farms across the country, but research proved that this was due to a lack of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) (Journal of the Japanese Society of Fisheries Science) Volume 31, No. 8
18-826). Furthermore, at the annual meeting of the Japan Fisheries Society in 1962, there were reports of deformities caused by ascorbic acid deficiency in juvenile rainbow trout, red trout, and chum salmon. In addition, deficiencies such as loss of appetite, mild proptosis of the eyes, bleeding at the base of the fins, and damage to the gills and lower jaw are observed in sweetfish, and in juvenile yellowtail, decreased food intake, growth arrest, dorsal curvature, and body dark complexion,
Deficiency symptoms include a high mortality rate, and in eels, symptoms include decreased appetite, stagnation in growth, and bleeding in the fins and head. Therefore, vitamins containing ascorbic acid are added to fish feed. However, since ascorbic acid is particularly unstable among water-soluble vitamins, it decomposes when added to feed. It is particularly unstable in fishmeal, and in feeds for rainbow trout where more than half of the content is made up of fishmeal, the problem of a decrease in the titer of vitamin C due to decomposition is very serious.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In view of the above circumstances, the present inventors have repeatedly conducted research into fish feed additives that are stable and have sufficient ascorbic acid activity. When 2-phosphate ester or its salts are added to fish feed,
They discovered that this ascorbic acid is extremely stable and there is almost no decrease in the titer of ascorbic acid.
When various fish species were raised with fish feed containing IJ ester or its salts, such as sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium salts, scurvy such as dorsal curvature and proptosis of the eyes due to ascorbic acid deficiency was observed. The present invention was completed after discovering that the present invention can bring about favorable results such as preventing symptoms, extremely reducing mortality rate, and increasing average body weight.

Rainbow trout, amago, sweetfish, red sea bream, yellowtail, etc. often develop deformed fish due to ascorbic acid deficiency. In addition, vitamins are necessary for the normal metabolism of various nutrients including ingested proteins, and are generally required at a high rate during young stages when metabolism is active, while ascorbic acid is necessary for skeletal formation during the larval stage. It is essential for the biosynthesis of connective tissue collagen. Furthermore, during the period when oxen consume feed containing ascorbic acid after hatching, the ascorbic acid content of the eggs before spawning becomes a factor for normal skeletal formation of hatched larvae, so both feed for larvae and feed for parent fish are The importance of ascorbic acid is emphasized.

A beret feed (basic feed) consisting of 3 parts of manok column salt and 5 parts of a vitamin mixture not containing ascorbic acid was prepared, and this was used as the ascorbic acid-deficient 2nd group feed. This basic feed ingredient], K17 was prepared by adding 2 mmol of ascorbic acid to the ascorbic acid-added diet, and 1 kg of the basic feed ingredient was added with L- in the compound of the present invention.
Feed containing the compound of the present invention was prepared by adding 2 mmol of ascorbic acid-2-phosphate magnesium salt. However, vitamin mixture 5↓ contains thiamine hydrochloride (,m9, riboflavin 20m9, pyridoxine hydrochloride 4■, vitamin B120009m9, nicotinic acid 80m9).

The above pellet feed was fed to a satiated amount to floating juvenile rainbow trout, and the fish were raised for 100 days. 200 fish were raised in each test plot, and the number of feedings was 6 times a day from 00 to 80 days after the start of feeding, and 4 times a day from 81 to 100 days after the start of feeding. The feed used was prepared 50 days before the start of feeding. The average weight of juvenile rainbow trout in each area was investigated over time. Also,
Surviving mansions and transformed mansions in each ward were investigated over time and are shown in Table 1.

その結果、平均体重(C区間の差はほとんどなかった。As a result, there was almost no difference in average body weight (C section).

However, compared to the ascorbic acid-deficient area, the number of deformed fish and mortality rate decreased in the ascorbic acid-added area, especially L.
-The appearance of deformed mansions was completely suppressed in the plots to which ascorbic acid-2-phosphate ester magnesium salt was added.
