。 (2) 前記金属酸化物半導体は、SnO2または
ZnO2の何れかを主成分とすることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の一酸化
炭素検出素子。 (3) 前記金属酸化物半導体は、Ptを含有する
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
または第2項に記載の一酸化炭素検出素子。 (4) 前記酸化触媒は、Cr2O3,SnO2,
ThOまたはPdCl2―SiO2から選択され
た少なくとも一種でなることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項、第2項または第3項に
記載の一酸化炭素検出素子。 (5) 前記感応体及び前記酸化触媒は、多孔質焼
結体でなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項、第2項、第3項または第4項に記載
の一酸化炭素検出素子。 (6) 前記断熱性絶縁物は、ジルコニア、SiC
、アスベスト、K2TiO3,SiO2の少なく
