- 矩形の輪郭すべり振動板と短辺端部に減衰部を
フオトリソグラフイー法によるエツチング加工に
より一体成形した輪郭すべり振動子において、該
輪郭すべり振動板と該減衰部との境界近傍におけ
る該輪郭すべり振動板短辺寸法と該減衰部の寸法
が異なることを特徴とする輪郭すべり振動子。
