  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内部に被冷物４を載置する受皿２を設け、こ
    の受皿２には被冷物４の重量を検出できるように
    するとともに、被冷物４を目標冷却温度まで急冷
    できるようにした、 ことを特徴とする急冷庫。 急冷庫１内に受皿２を設け、この受皿２に載
    置した被冷物４の重量を検出する重量検出機構５
    を設け、 一方、予め、被冷物４の目標冷却温度を設定す
    る目標冷却温度目盛７と、 さらに急冷所要時間を予め設定する急冷所要時
    間タイマー８とを設けており、 前記検出した被冷物４の重量と、前記予め設定
    した目標冷却温度との積算値の基づいて、急冷時
    間タイマーに急冷所要時間を設定するようにした
    、制御回路ＲＣを設けた、 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の急冷庫。
