Like a cake-like foundation, it is composed of pigments, oily surfactants, water, heat-retaining agents, etc., and has too strong water-absorbing properties, so it absorbs more sebum and water from the skin than necessary, making the skin dry. This was the cause of such problems. Furthermore, when applied to the skin, it feels hard, resulting in poor adhesion and a loss of moist feel, making it impossible to apply with a smooth touch. This feeling of dryness is particularly noticeable in seasons when the air is dry, and has become a problem. In order to solve this problem, attempts have been made in the past to add moisturizers and the like to cosmetics. That is, polyhydric alcohols such as propylene glycol and glycerin were added to cosmetics in an attempt to eliminate the above-mentioned dryness of the skin through their moisturizing ability. However, these attempts were unsatisfactory in the following two respects.

Second
Regarding this point, when a low molecular weight heat insulating agent such as propylene glycol or glycerin is mixed with powder, it will be adsorbed to the powder, but it will be in a mere wet state. Since there are no fundamental changes, the above-mentioned problems have not been solved yet.

The present invention was completed by discovering that the above object can be achieved by coating the surface.

The moisturizing polymer material, which is the main coating material for the coating applied to the water-sprinkling invention, is coated on the surface of the powder, thereby improving the oil-absorbing and water-absorbing properties that the powder originally has. , thereby achieving novel organoleptic properties that have never existed before. Once upon a time,
The moisture-retaining polymeric substance described above is required to stably coat the surface of the powder, and usually one with an average molecular weight of 5,000 or more is used. If the average molecular weight is 5,000 or less, the powder surface cannot be stably coated and the powder surface characteristics cannot be maintained in a favorable state, and therefore it cannot be used in the present invention. However, the fact that these relatively low molecular weight substances are contained in the coating material itself does not impede the effects of the present invention. Further, the above-mentioned moisturizing polymeric substance is particularly preferably a moisturizing polymeric substance extracted from a living body in terms of its affinity for the skin and its smooth feel. Examples of such substances include hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, collagen hydrolyzate, and elastin.

。Next, the coated pigment used in the present invention has a powder surface coated with a moisturizing polymer substance, and can be incorporated into makeup cosmetics in the same manner as conventional pigments. can. Therefore, the present invention provides makeup cosmetics containing powder such as wide eye liner, eye shadow, eyebrow, eyebrow powder, powder powder, face powder, etc.
Examples include dusting powder. Further, the amount of the coated pigment is arbitrarily selected depending on the properties of the cosmetic,
It is approximately 3 to 95% by weight, preferably 10 to 95% by weight.

While gradually adding ethanol to this,
Add an organic solvent such as acetone to deposit a moisture-retaining polymer substance on the surface of the powder, and then mix the powder and moisture-retaining polymer substance in the above manufacturing method without using any organic solvent or water. The coating method, ie, the dry method, is not preferred because it is difficult to obtain a uniform coating. An example of manufacturing the above-mentioned coated pigment is shown below, but as mentioned above, in the present invention, known manufacturing methods other than the so-called dry method can be used.
The present invention is not limited to the following production examples.
