固形白粉1のチッ化硼素SHP−6をシリカに置換した比較例1、「リピジュア−タルク」を製造例1のタルクに置換した比較例2、チッ化硼素SHP−6をシリカに、且つ、「リピジュア−タルク」を製造例1のタルクに置換した比較例3を固形白粉1と同様に作成し、肌荒れ状態での使用に対する効果を調べた。即ち、自由意志で使用試験に参加したパネラー5名の前腕内側部に、0.5%ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム水溶液を担持した、5cm×15cmのリント布を24時間閉塞貼付し、肌荒れモデルを作成した。この肌荒れモデル部位に2cm×4cmの検体を担持したリント布を24時間閉塞貼付した。検体は、固形白粉1(0.05g)、比較例1(0.05g)、比較例2(0.05g)、比較例3(0.05g)及び水(50μl;コントロール)であった。貼付絆創膏を除去後30分に、可視光を20分照射した後、検体を拭き取り、その30分後にコニカミノルタ色彩色差計CR−400を用いて、部位のa値を測定し、コントロールに対するΔa値を求めた。この値が小さいほど、皮膚の赤味は少なく、大きいほど赤味が多い。又、マイナス値はコントロールより赤味が少ないこと意味し、プラス値はコントロールより赤味が多いことを意味する。皮膚の赤味は炎症の重篤度の代替値である。結果を表1に示す。これより本発明の化粧料である固形白粉1を貼付することにより、炎症が消退していることが判る。即ち、肌荒れに対する肌のお手入れ効果を奏していると言える。

前記固形白粉1、比較例1〜3について、そのメークアップ効果を化粧持ちを指標に評価した。即ち、パネラーを5名用い、前腕内側部に2cm×4cmの部位を4つ設け、検体を0.05gずつ投与した。投与直後と、通常生活を5時間行った後、地肌を標準とした場合の色を測定した。投与直後と経時後のコニカミノルタ色彩色差計CR400で色差を求めた。結果を表2に示す。

固形白粉1〜3と、比較例1〜3を用いて使用テストを行った。即ち、普段固形白粉を使用している人を対象にパネラーを選択し、1群10名のパネラーを用いて、普段使用している固形白粉とこれらの検体使用性を比較してもらい、使用性をアンケートで回答してもらった。使用性については、メークアップの化粧映えと使用時における乾燥感のなさとを質問した。判定基準は、評点1;悪い、評点2:やや悪い、評点3:可もなく不可もなく、評点4:やや良い、評点5:良いを用い、評点を付すことで行ってもらった。結果を表3に示す。これより、本発明の化粧料は肌のお手入れ機能とメークアップ機能を備えたものであることが判る。
