Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 流入口と流出口を有する弁箱に外端が閉塞
す熱膨張パイプの基部を固着し、同熱膨張パイプ
内には、一端たる内端に弁箱内の弁孔に臨む弁体
を有し、しかも他端が前記熱膨張パイプの閉塞外
端に固定された熱良導体製の弁棒を設け、かつ前
記熱膨張パイプのまわりにヒーターを設けたこと
を特徴とする流量制御装置。 (2) 流入口と流出口を有する弁箱に外端が閉塞
す熱膨張パイプの基部を固着し、同熱膨張パイプ
内には、一端たる内端に弁箱内の弁孔に臨む弁体
を有し、しかも他端が前記熱膨張パイプの閉塞外
端に固定された熱良導体製の弁棒を設け、かつ前
記熱膨張パイプのまわりにヒーターを設け、また
前記弁棒は熱膨張パイプの閉塞外端へ突出せしめ
て、その突出端に放熱フインを設けたことを特徴
とする第(1)項記載の流量制御装置。
