- 作動流体の蒸気通過流路内部に蒸気流量制御円
すい弁を有する可変熱コンダクタンス型のヒート
パイプにおいて、上記蒸気流量制御円すい弁を上
記容器内壁端に、温度に対して全長が可逆的変化
をする形状記憶合金から成るばねを介して取り付
けたことを特徴とするヒートパイプ。
