を示す図、第６図は第５図のＡ−Ａ線断面図、第
７図は作動状態を示す図である。 図において、１はヒートパイプ容器となる管、
２は管１内壁に設けたウイツク、３は相変化を生
じる作動流体、４はプリント基板に相当する加熱
板、５は冷却板、６はヒートパイプの加熱部、７
はヒートパイプの冷却部、８は過剰作動液体であ
る。なお、図中同一符号は同一、または相当部分
を示す。
図は第１図に示すもののＡ−Ａ線断面図、第３図
は作動状態を示す図、第４図は第３図に示すもの
のＢ−Ｂ線断面図、第５図は従来のヒートパイプ
を示す図、第６図は第５図のＡ−Ａ線断面図、第
７図は作動状態を示す図である。 図において、１はヒートパイプ容器となる管、
２は管１内壁に設けたウイツク、３は相変化を生
じる作動流体、４はプリント基板に相当する加熱
板、５は冷却板、６はヒートパイプの加熱部、７
はヒートパイプの冷却部、８は過剰作動液体であ
る。なお、図中同一符号は同一、または相当部分
を示す。
Claims (1)
- 管内に毛細管圧力発生用のウイツクを有し、か
つ管内に相変化を生じる作動流体を有するヒート
パイプにおいて、上記管の断面形状を凹形にした
ことを特徴とするヒートパイプ。
