Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 超音波パルス信号を間欠的に送波して物体
    からの反射波を受波し、物体や人体等の被検知物
    体までの距離を送波される超音波の周波数に基づ
    いて検知する超音波センサにおいて、送波する超
    音波の周波数が夫々異なる複数個の超音波振動子
    を備え、夫々の超音波振動子にて略同一方向を検
    知して成ることを特徴とする超音波センサ。 (2) 各超音波振動子にて検知された距離情報の
    内、送波される超音波の周波数が高い超音波振動
    子にて得られた距離情報を優先して信号処理する
    信号処理回路を備えて成る実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の超音波センサ。
