[Detailed Description of the Invention] In recent years, a construction method has been developed for building housing complexes, gymnasiums, etc., in which floor units each having a plurality of level-adjustable support legs are placed on a slab. There is.

In this conventional construction method, it is generally not possible to fully lay the slab surface that divides the space to be placed on the slab using a standard floor unit, and an end-scale floor unit is used to supplement the slab surface. A method is used to cover the entire surface. However, this edge floor cannot be made in advance and varies depending on the shape of the construction area, and the floor must be cut and supporting legs must be installed on-site to create the edge floor. Otherwise, work efficiency will drop significantly.

In order to improve this drawback, the inventors of the present invention have already proposed that the adjacent floor units be placed on a slab at a desired interval without touching each other, and that the floor units be placed on a slab with a level adjustment device provided on the supporting legs. To provide a floor installation method in which the horizontal level of the floor unit is adjusted, a fixing plate is placed on the floor unit, and then the fixing plate and the floor unit are fixed integrally. However, according to this invention, construction can be carried out freely regardless of the size and shape of the construction area, and there is no need to create end-scale floor bodies at the construction site, that is, to cut the floor body, attach support legs, etc. Overall, the efficiency of the construction work was significantly improved. However, the present invention has been improved to make this invention even more effective, and its gist is to place floor units each having a plurality of level-adjustable support legs mounted on a slab. In the floor construction method completed by the above method, adjacent floor units are placed in multiple rows at a desired interval without touching each other, and the spacing positions of the floor units constituting each row are adjusted mutually between each row. The horizontal level of the floor units is adjusted using the level adjuster provided on the support legs, and the fixing plate is placed on the floor unit, and then the fixing plate and the floor unit are connected. This provides a floor construction method in which the two are integrally fixed.

Figure 1 has already been shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 53-152668
78760 (publication)), and FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the arrangement of floor units according to the floor construction method according to the present invention. In the figure, 2 is a slab that partitions one room, 3 is a floor unit, 4 is an interval between floor units, and α 1 , 2 , . . . are each row of floor units.
However, in the construction method shown in Figure 1, the floor unit 3
Since the gap 4 between the floor units 3 is formed linearly, this portion lacks bending rigidity, and the gap 4 between the floor unit bodies 3 cannot be made very large. Another disadvantage is that in order to increase the distance 4, the thickness of the fixed plate (not shown) fixed on the floor unit 3 must be made considerably thicker. Furthermore, if a heavy object such as furniture or a piano is placed in this position, the floor will sink considerably. However, according to the floor construction method of the present invention as shown in FIG. 2, each row α 1 , 2 , . . .
Since the floor units 3 are arranged in a staggered manner, the intervals 4 are no longer linear. Therefore, in the floor construction method of the present invention shown in FIG. 2, two types of floor units 3,
3 1 , the rigidity of the entire floor is definitely improved compared to the construction method shown in FIG. 1, and therefore, if necessary, this interval 4 can be designed to be wider, which also helps in reducing costs. Of course, it is also possible to form a staggered pattern using only the floor units 3.

FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing the support leg 5 and the attachment relationship between the support leg 5 and the floor unit 3. That is, a small hole 6 is bored at a predetermined position in the floor unit 3, and a female screw member 8 is fitted into the small hole 6 with a washer 7 interposed therebetween. This female threaded member 8 is of a cylindrical shape having a flange-like flange portion 9, and the flange portion 9 supports the floor unit 3 and the load. As shown in Figure A, the female screw member 8 is screwed with a screw rod 11 having a male screw thread 10 carved on its upper part. This screw rod 11 moves up and down by rotation, and a rotating means is attached to it. In the figure, the head of the screw rod 11 has a single groove 12, into which the tip of the screwdriver is inserted upward. The level is adjusted by fitting tightly and rotating left and right. Of course, as the rotating means, not only a single groove but also a square bar wrench can be used. Support leg 5 of the present invention
As a preferable example, as shown in Fig.
1 is provided with male screws 10, 101 that are vertically reversed, and a rubber elastic body 13 is attached to the male screw 101 at the bottom of the screw rod 11 via a female screw member 81 , and has a sound and vibration damping effect. At the same time, vertical movement due to rotation of the screw rod 11 is made to quickly occur.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view when the method of the present invention is applied, and shows an example in which the support leg shown in FIG. 3A is used as the level adjustment support leg 5. That is, after adjusting the top surface 3'' of the floor unit 3 by level adjustment, the fixing plate 14 is placed, and both are fixed with screws, nails, adhesive, etc. 4 not only eliminates the need for end-shaft floor units, but also effectively prevents floor squeaks since there is no contact between adjacent floor units 2, and especially when the floor units 3 are arranged in a so-called staggered pattern. Therefore, the rigidity is increased, and if necessary, this interval 4 can be further widened, which brings significant advantages in terms of construction and cost.Furthermore, if necessary, as shown in the figure, the fixing plate 1
It is also possible to spread finishing material 15 on top of 4.
