In this conventional construction method, it is generally not possible to fully lay the slab surface that partitions the space to be placed on the slab using a standard floor unit, and an end-scale floor unit is used as an auxiliary plate to place the slab on top of the slab. A method is used to cover the entire surface. FIG. 1 shows a plan view of such a case, with reference numeral 1 indicating a wall which is a vertical member, 2 a standard floor unit, and 3 an end length floor unit. However, this end length floor body 3 cannot be made in advance and varies depending on the shape of the construction area, and the floor body must be cut and support legs must be attached to create the end length floor body 3 on site. This results in a significant drop in work efficiency.

Furthermore, as the perpendicular members that partition the slab surface, such as walls, and the peripheral edge 2' of the floor unit rub against each other, floor rumbling and the like are unavoidable, and improvements are needed.

According to the present invention, construction can be carried out freely regardless of the size and shape of the construction area, and there is no need to create an end-scale floor at the construction site, that is, to cut the floor, attach support legs, etc. The purpose is to provide a construction method that can be expected to significantly improve the efficiency of construction work, and also to construct a floor that prevents the occurrence of floor noise. In the floor construction method, which is completed by placing the above-installed floor units on a slab,
The floor units are placed on the slab with an appropriate distance between them and the vertical members that partition the slab surface, and the horizontal level of the floor units is ensured using level adjusters provided on the support legs. The present invention relates to a floor installation method characterized in that a fixing plate is placed across adjacent floor units, and then the fixing plate and the floor units are fixed together.

2A and 2B show plan views during construction of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a further modified version of FIG. 2B. That is, the floor units 2 are placed on the slab 4 surrounded by the wall 1. At this time, the outermost peripheral edges 2' of the wall 1 and the floor unit 2 are placed in a row at a predetermined interval 5 without touching each other. This interval 5 is relatively determined by taking into consideration the strength of the floor unit 2, the location where it is used, or the strength of a flat plate or the like fixed thereon. In the case of Fig. 2A, the floor units 2 are placed in contact with each other, and in Fig. 2B, the floor units 2 are placed in a row with a certain distance 5' between them. There is. For example, for general residential use, the spacing 5 and 5' should be 100 mm or less if the fixed plate 8 is 9 mm thick, 120 mm or less if it is 12 mm thick, and 150 mm or less if it is 15 mm thick. Although it is generally preferable to do so, it is of course possible to change this standard depending on the degree of demand. In this case, if an interval 5 is provided between the peripheral edge 2' of the outermost floor unit and the wall 1, a third As shown in the figure, such sinking can be prevented by arranging a receiving joist 6 that is in contact with the wall 1 or fixed to the wall 1 itself, and by arranging the peripheral edge 8' of the fixing plate 8 thereon. It is necessary to adjust the level between the surface of this receiving joist 6 and the top surface 2'' of the floor unit 2.

Four or more support legs 7 with level adjustment, which will be described later, are attached to the floor units 2 placed and arranged in this way, and the top surface 2'' of the floor units 2 is adjusted and determined by this level adjustment. After that, the fixing plate 8 is placed across the top surfaces 2' of the adjacent floor units 2, 2, and both are fixed with screws, nails, adhesive, etc. Providing the interval 5 not only eliminates the need for an end-scale floor body, but also effectively prevents floor squeaks since there is no contact between the wall and the peripheral edge 2' of the floor unit body 2.Furthermore, if necessary, Although not shown, it is also possible to lay a finishing material on the fixed plate 8.

FIG. 4 shows various examples of support legs 7 used in the present invention, and FIG. Fix it. Then, a support leg 7 having a female thread 12 carved in the upper part and a single-shaped groove 13 in the head 7' is screwed into the support leg 7, and a screwdriver is inserted into the play hole 9 from the upper surface of the floor unit 2. The level can be adjusted by rotating left and right. Note that the head 7' of the support leg 7 may be formed with a cross groove, a hexagonal groove, or a hexagonal wrench, and this may be rotated using a predetermined square bar wrench or the like. FIG. 4B shows a structure in which a rubber-like elastic body 14 is fixed to the lower end of the support leg 7 shown in FIG. and sound insulation performance. FIG. 4C shows another example of the present invention for imparting such vibration-proofing and sound-insulating performance.
A rubber-like elastic body 15 is applied to the upper end. That is, in this example, the small diameter part 15' of the stepped rubber-like elastic body 15 is fitted into the free hole 9 of the floor unit 2, and the large diameter part 15'' supports the floor unit 2, and both diameter parts are supported. A female threaded member 10 is fitted into a penetrating inner cylinder 15, and a support leg 7 having a female thread 12 is screwed thereto.FIG. 4D shows yet another example. The support leg 7 shown in A has a structure suitable for the present invention.
A rubber-like elastic body 16 is provided with a male thread 12' that is a reverse thread to the male thread 12 formed on the upper part, and has a female threaded member 10' in the center to be screwed together with the male thread 12' on the lower end.
When the support leg 7 is rotated from side to side with a screwdriver or the like from above the floor unit 2, by rotating the support leg 7 once, the upper and lower male screws 12, 12 are screwed together. ', it rotates one pitch at a time, making it possible to adjust the level of the floor unit 2 extremely quickly.

As described above, the present invention uses one type of floor unit according to standard specifications, and at the construction site, it is placed with an appropriate distance between it and the vertical members, and this is placed on a flat plate laid on the top surface. It is completed by fixing it, and the process of manufacturing the end shaku floor body on the spot can be completely omitted, which has great advantages such as significantly simplifying the man-hour and preventing floor noise. It happens. Furthermore, by attaching such support legs to the underside of the floor unit, a desired air space is created above the concrete slab, which also allows for pipes such as water, gas, electricity, etc. This provides a remarkable degree of freedom in wiring work, and provides an extremely large advantage to the construction work as a whole.
