In this conventional construction method, it is generally not possible to fully lay the slab surface that divides the space to be placed on the slab using a standard floor unit, and an end-scale floor unit is used to supplement the slab surface. A method is used to cover the entire surface. FIG. 1 shows a plan view in such a case, and FIG. 2 shows a side view of FIG. 1. In the figure, 1 is a wall, 2 is a standard floor unit, and 3 is an edge floor unit. However, this end shakuba body 3 cannot be prepared in advance;
This varies depending on the shape of the construction area, and in order to produce the end-shaft floor body 3 on-site, the floor body must be cut and support legs must be attached, which significantly reduces work efficiency.

The present invention eliminates such drawbacks and provides a more effective construction method. In the completed floor construction method, the adjacent floor units are placed on the slab at a desired interval without contacting each other, and the horizontal level of the floor units is adjusted using level adjustment tools provided on the support legs. , a fixed plate with level-adjustable support legs B attached at a position corresponding to the interval between adjacent floor units is placed on the floor unit, and the horizontal level of the support legs B is adjusted. Regarding the floor construction method, preferably the floor unit and the fixing plate are bonded with adhesive, either before or after the level adjustment of the support leg B.
This is a construction method in which the parts are fixed together using nails, etc.

The floor unit bodies 12 are placed on top of the floor unit body 12. At this time, adjacent floor units 12 are placed in a row with a predetermined distance d apart from each other without touching each other. This distance d is relatively determined by taking into consideration the characteristics of the fixing plate, which will be described later.

This floor unit 12 is equipped with a plurality of support legs A whose level can be adjusted.
Adjust to confirm the horizontal level. Next, a fixing plate 13 is placed on the floor unit 12. The fixing plate 13 is provided with level-adjustable support legs B at positions corresponding to the gaps between the floor units 12. The floor unit 12 and the fixing plate 13 are fixed together using any means such as adhesive, and the level of the support legs B provided on the fixing plate 13 is adjusted. Although the structures of the support legs A and B may be conventionally known structures, the specific structure used is shown in FIGS. 6 to 9.

In the support legs A and B shown in FIG. 6, a loose hole 14 is bored at a predetermined position in the floor unit 12 (fixed plate 13), a female threaded member 16 having a flange portion 15 is fitted into the hole, and the flange is fixed with a screw 17 or the like. The part 15 and the floor unit bodies 12, 13 are fixed together, and a male threaded part 19 carved in the head of the support rod 18 is screwed into the female threaded material 16.

A single-shaped groove 20 is provided in the crown of the support rod 18, and the level can be adjusted by inserting a screwdriver into the play hole 14 from the top surface of the floor units 12, 13 and rotating it left and right. It is. The crown of the support rod 18 may be provided with a cross groove, a hexagonal groove, or a hexagonal wrench, and this may be rotated using a predetermined square bar wrench or the like.

That is, in this example, the free holes 14 of the floor units 12 and 13
The female screw member 1 is attached to an inner cylinder 25 which fits the small diameter part 23 of the stepped rubber-like elastic body 22 therein, supports the floor unit bodies 12, 13 by the large diameter part 24, and penetrates both diameter parts.

are screwed together. FIG. 9 shows yet another example, in which the support leg shown in FIG. 6 has a structure suitable for the present invention. That is, support rod 18
A female thread 26, which is an opposite thread to the male thread 19 provided on the upper part, is cut into the lower end of the rubber-like elastic body 28, which has a female thread member 27 in the center to be screwed thereto. When this support leg is rotated left and right with a screwdriver etc. from above,
By rotating the support rod 18 once, it is rotated one pitch at a time by the upper and lower male screws 19 and 26, making it possible to adjust the level of the floor units 12 and 13 extremely quickly. Of course, it provides vibration-proofing and sound-insulating performance.

In the floor construction method according to the present invention, when the spacing between the floor units 12 must be slightly widened due to the above-described configuration, the support legs B provided on the fixed plate 13 can accommodate this. Since it has a reinforced shape, it can withstand impacts such as impact on the floor.

As described above, the present invention uses one type of floor unit according to standard specifications, and at the construction site, these are simply placed at a fixed interval, and then placed on a fixed plate placed on the top surface. It is completed by fixing the end shaku floor body on the spot, and the process of manufacturing the end shaku floor body on the spot can be completely omitted, the man-hours are significantly simplified, and there are significant advantages such as the superiority in terms of materials as mentioned above. This will have advantages.
