Claims (1)
- 光重合装置の光源と選択性光透過ガラス板と光
伝送用の光フアイバーとからなる光学系部材の組
み付け部分にエアーパイプを配管し、該エアーパ
イプに外部の空気源から加圧空気を供給して、上
記光学系部材部分に吹き付けるようにしたことを
特徴とする光重合装置に於ける光学系部材の冷却
装置。
