Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少くとも１本の光フアイバを用いて光源か
らの光を伝送し、放射する光照射装置において、
光フアイバの光出口に対向する端面が凸面もしく
は平面であり、他の端面が逆円錐形状の凹面であ
る円柱形の透光性光学部材を、前記光フアイバに
対して光学的に結合して取付けたことを特徴とす
る光照射装置。 (2) 円柱形の透光性光学部材の一端面である逆
円錐形状の凹面に金属反射膜を施したことを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の光
照射装置。 (3) 金属反射膜はアルミニウム膜であることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(2)項記載
の光照射装置。
