Claims (1)
- ２つの主電極と制御電極とを有するトランジス
タ素子の主電流を検出し、この主電流に応じた電
位を発生する主電流検出手段・第１及び第２の入
力端と上記トランジスタ素子の制御電極に接続さ
れる出力端とを有し、第１の入力端に上記主電流
検出手段からの電位が印加されるとともに、第２
の入力端に設定電位が印加され、上記主電流検出
手段からの電位が上記設定電位に応じた電位にな
るように上記トランジスタ素子の導通度を制御す
る電位を出力端に出力する制御手段を備えたトラ
ンジスタ素子の主電流制御装置。
