Claims (1)
- 入出力端子間に配置された制御用素子と、一方
の入力が基準電圧源に接続され、他方の入力が抵
抗を介して接地され、且つ出力が上記制御用素子
の制御電極に接続された誤差アンプとを具備し、
上記誤差アンプの上記抵抗が接続された入力と前
記出力端子間に負荷を接続したことを特徴とする
半導体装置。
