りとりを制御するＣＰＵとを実装してなるＩＣカ
ードにおいて、信号の送受信のための発光素子と
受光素子を取付け、全体をプラスチツクで密閉し
てなることを特徴とするＩＣカード。 (2) 発光素子としてＬＥＤ、受光素子としてホ
トトランジスタを用いてなる実用新案登録請求の
