Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 製品形状にトリムされた芯材の両面にパツド材
、表皮材を積層し、その外周を接合してサンバイ
ザ本体を形成するとともに、このサンバイザ本体
の片面中央における上記パツド材、表皮材を開口
して凹状部を設け、この凹状部に周縁をミラーケ
ースにより保持されたミラーを設けてなるミラー
付サンバイザにおいて、 前記ミラーケースの内周縁に沿つて延設された
薄肉状のフランジ部上面に表皮材の開口周縁が溶
着一体化され、この溶着部がミラーケース裏面側
に折曲固定されるとともに、上記ミラー周縁が該
ミラーケースに接着固定されたことを特徴とする
ミラー付サンバイザ。
