- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 製品形状にトリムされた芯材の両面にパツド材
、表皮材を積層し、その外周を接合してサンバイ
ザ本体を形成するとともに、表面側の表皮材のほ
ぼ中央部を開口して、周縁に額縁状のミラーケー
スを嵌込んだ化粧用ミラーをこの開口内に設置し
て、上記表皮材の開口周縁部とミラーケースとを
溶着固定してなるミラー付サンバイザにおいて、 前記ミラーケースは表面に周溝が形成され、該
周溝内に表皮材開口部の周縁端末が溶着固定され
ていることを特徴とするミラー付サンバイザ。
