する差動増幅器と、 前記デジタルサーボ回路に内蔵された基準信号
発振回路とを、 備えるサーボ装置に於いて、 前記基準発振回路の出力を固定周期で分割して
基準パルス信号を作成する分周回路と、 前記基準パルス信号を平滑して前記基準電圧端
