- 利得媒質からなる活性導波路層を有する活性領
域と、回折格子および外部導波路層を有する分布
反射器とが結合された分布反射型半導体レーザに
おいて、前記分布反射器の電極膜をエツチングし
て素子を識別するための識別記号を形成してなる
分布反射型半導体レーザ。
