の問題点があつた。 Conventionally, the commonly used pouring method is to pour one piece of metal into each mold, or
As disclosed in No. 32836, molten metal was poured either by tilting a plurality of pouring pots connected by an overflow type communication path. In the former case, due to the recent increase in speed, the pouring work is delayed compared to the molding work, and in the latter case, it is necessary to provide individual pouring pots for each mold, resulting in high equipment costs. There were some problems, such as the fact that it was not suitable for use.

れる。 The configuration of the present invention will be explained below based on examples. Reference numeral 1 denotes a vertically divided mold (hereinafter referred to as a mold) made of green sand, which is placed in large numbers on the top surface of a base (not shown). It is being Reference numeral 3 denotes a common weir having a pouring hole 4 at one end of the upper surface and a plurality of pouring holes 5 formed at approximately equal intervals on the lower surface. hole 5 in the mold 1
A fire-resistant filter 6 is removably fitted in each pouring hole 5 to remove slag or foreign matter, and , the pouring speed can be adjusted. In addition, the common weir 3
The upper plate member 3a constituting the molten metal acts as a weight to prevent the common weir 3 from floating upward when molten metal is poured into the cavity 2, and also serves to prevent the molten metal from cooling. With this configuration, when molten metal is continuously supplied from a ladle (not shown) into the common hanging weir 3 through the pouring port 4, the molten metal supplied into the common hanging weir 3 is poured into the common hanging weir 3. It flows into the cavity 2 of each mold 1 while keeping a certain amount stored in the mold, and fills the empty cavities 2 one after another. Finally, the common weir 3 is filled with the amount of feeder Only a small amount of molten metal is left behind, and pouring is carried out reliably. The large number of molds 1 that have been poured in this way are sent to the next process with the common weir 3 placed on their upper surfaces, where they are broken up, and then the newly sent large number of molds 1 are placed at the pouring position. A new common weir 3 is placed on the upper surface of the mold 1, and the above operation is repeated again.

It is effective.
