８図は従来の電極の一例を示す縦断面図、第９図
Ａ〜Ｅは同電極の消耗の進行形態を順に示した一
部切断側面図である。 １……電極本体、２……陰極部材、３〜７……

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 棒状金属材からなる電極本体の先端中央部
    に所定の径と長さを有する耐弧メタルからなる陰
    極部材を埋設してなるプラズマアーク加工用電極
    において、 前記電極本体の外周部の前記陰極部材を包囲す
    る領域内における所定位置に電極の消耗度を示す
    基準となく消耗度指標を設けたことを特徴とする
    プラズマアーク加工用電極。 (2) 前記消耗度指標は、前記電極本体の外周部
    の前記領域内における所定位置に所定の幅をもつ
    て周設した溝部からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載のプラズマアーク加工用電極。 (3) 前記消耗度指標は、前記電極本体の外周部
    の前記領域内における所定位置に該電極本体の径
    を異ならしめて周設した段部からなる実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載のプラズマアーク加工用
    電極。 (4) 前記消耗度指標は、前記電極本体の外周部
    の前記領域内における所定位置に設けた凹部又は
    横穴からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    のプラズマアーク加工用電極。 (5) 前記消耗度指標は、前記電極本体の外周部
    の前記領域内における所定位置に周方向に設けた
    １本又は複数本の標識線からなる実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載のプラズマアーク加工用電極
    。 (6) 前記電極本体の外周部の前記領域内におけ
    る所定位置を境界として長さ方向の両側で該電極
    本体の外観形状を異ならしめて形成し、前記境界
    をもつて前記消耗度指標とした実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載のプラズマアーク加工用電極。
