Abstract
【解決手段】 ノズル10の先端部内周面を、先端側へ向かって内径が一定比率で漸減する先細りのテーパー周面11とする。陽極電極20の先端面の中心部を除く部分を、先端側へ向かって凸の方向へ湾曲した球状の凸型曲面21とする。先端面の中心部を先端側へ向かって凹の方向へ湾曲した球状の凹型曲面22とする。

Claims (4)
- 少なくとも先端部におけるアーク発生箇所の全てが銅又は銅合金からなるロッド型の陽極電極と、これを包囲する円筒状のノズルとを備えた陽極電極型の溶接用プラズマトーチにおいて、前記ノズルの内周面が、先端側へ向かって漸次縮径した先細り形状であり、且つ前記陽極電極の先端面の中心部を除く部分が、先端側へ向かって漸次縮径した先細り形状であることを特徴とするプラズマトーチ。
- 前記陽極電極の先端面中央部が、先端側へ向かって凹の方向へ湾曲した凹型曲面である請求項1に記載のプラズマトーチ。
- 前記陽極電極の先端面の中心部を除く部分は、先端側へ向かって凸の方向へ湾曲した凸型曲面である請求項1に記載のプラズマトーチ。
- スポンジ状高融点金属のブリケットを溶接してVAR一次溶解用消耗電極とする際の溶接用プラズマトーチである請求項1に記載のプラズマトーチ。
