Claims (1)
- 液体ヘリウム、液体水素等の低温液体を貯蔵・
移送する低温貯槽において、常温部からの侵入熱
を小さくするために設置されている液体窒素等の
断熱用貯槽内部に、低温貯槽を加圧する際のガス
を低温にするための熱交換器及び不純物を除去す
るための低温精製器を設けてなることを特徴とす
る低温貯槽。
