    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 真空断熱され、内部に冷媒が充填される容器に、ガス供
    給管が連結された伝熱管と、該伝熱管が連結された液化
    不純ガス除去器と、活性炭とが前記冷媒に浸漬された状
    態で内設された低温精製器において、前記活性炭の形状
    を管状とし、該活性岸を前記液化不純ガス除去器と同心
    状に少なくとも１層配設したことを特徴とする低温精製
    器。
