Claims (1)
- 表面に同心状に厚肉部および薄肉部を交互に形
成した第１のシリコンウエハと、表面に前記第１
のシリコンウエハの厚肉部に対向して複数の凸部
を設け、前記凸部と凹部間に貫通孔を形成した第
２のシリコンウエハからなり、前記第１、第２の
シリコンウエハの最外周の厚肉部および凸部を密
着させたことを特徴とするマイクロバルブ。
