１は温度センサ、２は被試験プリント板、３は
試験用コンピユータ、４はＣＲＴ、５はプリンタ
、６は記録装置、７はフアンクシヨンテスタ周辺
回路用入出力ポートである。なお、図中同一符号
は同一または相当部分を示す。
