付け、この圧電素子の両電極からリード線を引出
してプリント基板に搭載された本体回路に電気的
に接続した超音波センサにおいて、前記ハウジン
グの内部側面および底面に金属蒸着を施して金属
蒸着面を形成し、この金属蒸着面に圧電素子の一
方の電極側を電気的かつ機械的に接合するととも
に前記金属蒸着面の任意の点からリード線を引出
し、このリード線を前記圧電素子の一方の電極側
のリード線と兼用したことを特徴とする超音波セ
