号を送るケーブル15が延出していてその余剰長さ分が
ケーブルロッカー16の内に納められそこからさらに延
びて各機器に接続している。カプセル6の天井部4は周
縁部がフランジ18になっていて、カプセル6の下降位
置においては該フランジが防水パツキン19を介して筒
