[Detailed description of the invention] 3. Detailed Description of the Invention (a) This invention is applicable to various piping, toilet bowls, and equipment necessary for electricity, water, raw materials, gas, air conditioning, ventilation, drainage, kitchens, etc. in the ancillary facility work of high-rise buildings. It is a receiving plate/pushing plate used when filling holes with concrete mortar or using heat insulating materials, etc. in the penetrating parts of floors or beams. Make one piece according to the sleeve hole and pipe size of the beam, or the size of the installed toilet. If it is a floor, make a hole in the plywood board at the penetration part and hang it with wire, or hang the board with a horizontal pipe or small part of the building. Support rods were attached to the top, bottom, left and right of the beams, etc., and concrete mortar was poured in to fill the holes.

In the case of penetrating a beam, I filled both holes with hard mortar one by one and then plugged the holes, but the moisture in the mortar came out and the mortar flowed out, so it took a long time to plug one hole. It was work. Additionally, the Fire Service Act prohibits the use of flammable materials within one meter above and below the floor of a building, so once the concrete mortar had dried, the plywood and other materials had to be removed.

(c) Conventional work procedures can be carried out by only one worker when filling holes in beams, but normally two workers are required to perform the work.
It was customary for a number of workers to carry out the work, and it took too much time to process each strike plate individually on site.

1) When installing the receiving plate, by using two plates, it can be easily installed from the floor by one worker, making the work easier, reducing labor costs, and increasing work efficiency. 2) Receiving plate There is no need for on-site processing of the boards, so you only need to bring in the required quantity, and if there is any leftover quantity after installation,
3) Since the receiving plate is made of a metal plate, there is no need to remove it and it prevents fires. 4) The metal plate of the receiving plate is designed to prevent the weight of the concrete mortar being filled. It is made of a material that is durable enough to withstand corrosion, and is finished with zinc and gold to prevent rust.It is also small and lightweight, making it convenient to handle and transport, and there is no leftover material such as plywood, which saves the effort of cleaning up. 5) When the pipe was insulated, the size of the actual pipe may become larger due to the thickness of the insulation material, the size of the pipe may become larger due to site changes during construction, or the size of the pipe may become larger due to installation work, grease traps, etc. Even if the circumference of the protruding part of the toilet bowl drain trap (located under the floor) changes due to differences in height caused by the finished surface, it can be easily cut by bending the cut groove on the circumference of the plate according to the size. It is convenient for installation because it allows you to enlarge the pipe or toilet bowl to the required size.6) The receiving plate has a retaining foot, so that when you raise the foot and open the tip, it goes to the middle of the slab. Since the catch plate is attached to the plate, there is no chance of the catch plate falling off after installation.7) Since the catch plate is factory-produced, the pipe circular notch part is perfectly round, and the contact part of the toilet protruding trap also conforms to the standard. Since they can be manufactured together, there is no burr or spillage of concrete mortar, resulting in a clean finish. 8) The receiving plate can be mass-produced in a factory, so it can be provided to the market at low cost. 9) This receiving plate has sleeve holes that Even if the board is near a beam or wall of a building, it is convenient for work because it can be cut with scissors or bent, so it can be installed according to the situation at the site10. ) Depending on the piping situation at the site, if it is necessary to take heat insulation, dew prevention, expansion and contraction of the pipe, etc. into consideration, first cover the hole on one side of the sleeve with a receiving plate (in this case, leave the embedded foot down and place it on the receiving plate). (Fix with screws or nails using the screw holes at the four corners of the board). By filling a sufficient amount of heat insulating material such as glass wool between the sleeve hole and the pipe, and fixing the cover to the floor or beam wall using a receiving plate with screws or nails, you can retain heat, prevent condensation, expand and contract the pipe, and fill in the holes. It can be done all at once. 11) To install the receiving plate, pass the wire through the hole in the foot of the receiving plate or the holes at the four corners, and lower it one by one from the top (from the side in the case of a beam) and attach the circumferential part of the plate. Tightly wrap the wire around the pipe, etc. 2 or 3 times so that it will stick to the pipe or the pottery protrusion (trap) of the toilet bowl, and one end of the board will stick to the underside of the concrete slab. to fix one receiving plate. In the case of a toilet bowl, fix it with wire to the stand or frame that supports the installed toilet bowl. Furthermore, the remaining half of the receiving plate on one side can be easily attached by matching the overlapped part, the circumferential part of the pipe, and the ceramic surface of the protruding part of the installed toilet using the same method. The construction method took a lot of effort, but during the processing stage, the circular cut was not what we expected, and when concrete mortar was poured, burrs appeared, and mortar flowed out onto the floor (beams). (Similarly)) The finish was poor and cleaning up the remains was difficult. In the case of fixed toilets, the finished height of the floor is not constant at each site, so if the installation base or frame is not very secure, the toilet may shift with the current installation method. hand,
Tile joints came off, the toilet bowl was tilted, the floor surface did not match, and the connecting fittings were discolored, making it impossible to achieve a good finish. This receiving plate is designed to be compatible with each size according to each purpose, so it can be provided at a low cost, and there is no need for concrete burrs, spills, or removal. It is also useful for fire prevention, reduces the number of workers, and improves work efficiency. 4.
