Conventionally, when installing insulation materials in buildings, for example under the floor, a method has been adopted in which insulation boards are interposed between the joists and supported using wooden supports attached to the joists or the main drawers to prevent the insulation material from falling off. has been done. However, according to this method, it is troublesome to process the support material and attach it to the joists, etc., the cost of the material for the support material is high, and the construction efficiency is poor, so improvements have been desired.

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] An L-shaped piece in which the vertical part and the horizontal part are formed to have different lengths has an L-shaped piece at the top end of the vertical part parallel to and opposite to the horizontal part, and at the end of the horizontal part parallel to the vertical part. In addition, locking pieces extend in opposite directions, and each of the locking pieces is further provided with a piece for piercing a construction base material such as a joist. Next, embodiments of this invention will be illustrated below with reference to the drawings. Number 1 in Figure 1 is a heat insulating material fixture, and in the case of the figure, the entire fixture is formed by bending a thin metal plate.In 10 of these, the vertical part A and the horizontal part B have different lengths. It is a formed L-shaped piece, and becomes a part that comes into contact with the heat insulating material 30 and holds the heat insulating material 30 during use. 10a is a long piece of the L-shaped piece 10, and 10b is a short piece. Next, 11 and 11' are locking pieces;
is the horizontal part B at the upper end of the vertical part A of the L-shaped piece 10.
The other 11' extends parallel to and in the opposite direction to the vertical part A at the end of the horizontal part B. Either one of the locking pieces 11, 11' is used by being hooked onto the upper surface of a building base material 20 such as a joist. Reference numerals 12 and 12 indicate piercing pieces, and the locking pieces 11 and 11' extend from the vertical part A and the horizontal part B.
The piercing piece 12 is formed by punching and bending a part in the middle parallel to and in the same direction as the vertical part A, and in parallel and in the same direction as the horizontal part B, and has a triangular shape in the case of the figure. 12 into a building base material 20 such as a joist, the fixture 1 can be fixed with good stability. The fixture 1 configured as described above is
In the case of a thick insulation material 30, the long piece 10a of the L-shaped piece 10 should be vertical (Fig. 2), and in the case of a thin insulation material 30, the short piece 10b should be vertical ( Figure 3) Select appropriate building materials 2
0 and 20 so that they face each other, and then insert the heat insulating material 30 between the fixtures 1 and 1, the heat insulating material 30 can be suspended between the building base materials 20 and 20, so that it can be placed between the joists under the floor. This means that the heat insulating material 30 can be easily installed. 40 indicates an interior base material. Note that the piercing pieces 12, 12 are not limited to those obtained by punching out and bending a part of the locking pieces 11, 11' described above, but may also be a triangular locking piece 1.
The ends of 1 and 11' may be bent (see FIG. 5), or may be added by means such as welding, and various shapes are possible. This device is constructed as described above, and the locking pieces 11 and 11' extend from the vertical part A and the horizontal part B of the L-shaped piece 10, respectively, and the piercing pieces 12 and 12 is formed, and one of the piercing pieces 12, 12 is pierced into a building base material 20 such as a joist, and the fixture 1 is attached to the building base material 20, 20.
Since it is installed and fixed so that they face each other with an appropriate interval between them, and the heat insulating material 30 is inserted and hung between the fixtures 1 and 1, it is possible to support the heat insulating material, which was required in conventional heat insulation construction. It is possible to omit the installation of a receiving material, and there is no need for nailing, etc., and the piercing piece 12
This allows the fixture to be fixed stably, and the work of inserting the heat insulating material 30 can be done very easily.
In addition, since the insulation material 30 is positioned by the horizontal portion B when inserting the insulation material 30, it is not necessary to level the insulation material 30, and efficient insulation construction can be achieved.
Furthermore, since the use of the fixture 1 does not cause poor adhesion between the heat insulating material 30 and the building base material 20, good heat insulation properties can be maintained. Furthermore, since the vertical part A and the horizontal part B of the L-shaped piece 10 are formed with different lengths, it is possible to use the insulation material with two types of thickness by reversing it. 30 and the interior base material 40 are in good contact with each other and can be used to prevent condensation, making it extremely convenient. Therefore, it is a mounting tool that has a simple structure, is inexpensive, has excellent installation workability and workability, and has no problems with insulation, and can contribute to shortening the construction period and cost of insulation construction. We will be able to provide something that is effective.
