かるカツタクランプ装置の縦断面図、第４図は他
の従来例にかかるカツタクランプ装置の縦断面斜
視図である。 図面中、３１はカツタスピンドル、３４はアダ
プタ、３６はカツタアーバ、３７はシヤンク、３
８は取付穴、３９はピニオンカツタ、４３はプル
スタツド、４４はピストン、４６はコレツト、４
８はシリンダヘツド、５０はシリンダ室、５１は
連通孔、５２は孔、５４は押圧ピストン、５６は
皿ばねである。

Claims (1)
- カツタが固定されるカツタアーバのシヤンクが
嵌合する取付穴を有するアダプタがカツタスピン
ドルの先端中空部に挿入されて取付けられる一方
、前記アダプタの取付穴に嵌合した前記カツタア
ーバの基端と係合する係合部が先端に設けられた
ピストン及び該ピストンを該アダプタに対して基
端側に付勢して該カツタアーバに軸方向のクラン
プ力を与えるばねが該アダプタの中空部内に配設
され、且つ前記アダプタの基端部にはシリンダヘ
ツドが取付けられてそこに前記ピストンに対する
シリンダ室が形成され、前記アダプタには前記シ
リンダ室と連通すると共に先端部に押圧ピストン
が装着された孔が設けられて前記シリンダ室と該
孔及び該押圧ピストンで構成される空間内に圧力
媒体が封入されたことを特徴とするカツタクラン
プ装置。
