Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to recover the normal condition of conveyance of ICs even from such a condition that an IC is caught up during the conveyance, by fitting a slide bar of a slide cover slidably in a guide hole formed in a cover bearing section, and by providing a spring for urging the rail cover toward a guide surface and a stopper for limiting the slide in the approaching direction. When an IC 2a is caught up on a chute rail deice, the slide bar is pulled up overcoming the spring so that the guide surface 7a is raised, and therefore, the top surface of the IC may be exposed, thereby it is possible to easily eliminate a trouble in conveyance.
