Claims (1)
板ばねの変位部の途中には、前記本体に向かつて
変位部から所定の傾斜角で立上がつた入力部が連
設され、その入力部の自由端には、その自由端を
前記変位部の固定端を支点として変位させること
により変位部全体をその固定端を支点として変形
させる積層型圧電素子が取付けられると共に、こ
の積層型圧電素子の伸縮方向と前記入力部の立上
がり方向が略一致するように当該圧電素子が配設
