に一体に形成された横方向振動用の駆動片とから
なるT型メタルの前記基板および前記駆動片にそ
れぞれ装着された屈曲動作用の圧電板とからなる
T型ユニツトと、前記駆動片の先端部を搬送体に
係合する連結具とを備えてなる圧電式パーツフイ
ーダ。 (2) 直線状および同心円状のいずれかに配置さ
れた複数個のT型ユニツトを備えた実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項記載の圧電式パーツフイーダ。 (3) 駆動片に設けた2つの圧電素子への入力を
切換えて搬送方向を変更させる実用新案登録請求
