Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は食品、医薬品その他の製品を容器に充填して販
売用に供する場合、容器の気密性を必要とする時その気
密性を朗便且適切に検査する試験方法ｔと関するもので
ある。
固形の食品、医薬品その他の製品を容器に充填して商品
とし七 て数基、する場合、容器が気密になっていないと製造後
消費者が開封して使用する迄の期間に吸湿して変質する
ものが多い。このためガラス瓶やプラスチック瓶に気密
性１こ秀れたキャンプをする形態も採用されているが、
容器の価格や１回分の摂取量を充填単位とする等の理由
で紙管（コンポジｙｈｍ）やアルミニへ ウム、プラスチｙり等から遵る積層フィルムの小袋が使
用される場合が多い。この場合はその構造から見て、気
密性保持は一般的には困難になって米ろ。
又その商品は一般に大量生産されるので製造の過程で容
器の気密性を素早くチェックし、もし気密性が不充分で
あれば（口ちに製造の機械条件にアクシランする必要が
ある。又この場合の気密性のチェック感度も、中身製品
の品質に影響を与える容器の漏洩が適切に検知される事
を要し感度かにぷいと漏洩のＦす出が不充分であり２反
面たとえば特殊ガスを使用する等あまりに感度が高すぎ
ろと製品に影響を与えない程度の軽微な２檜洩でも７に 不合格と判定する慮集があるうこの他余り高価、取扱い
の複離な装置になると工場内の生産規場の工程チェック
用として使用するには必ずしも適しない。
以上、各種の必要要件を１岡足する検査の方法が望まれ
ているにも拘らず従来は適切な方法がなく、たとえば着
色水溶液に浸したり１着色した検査液も市販されている
が、検出の！６度や時間的応答性、又取扱い上の面で問
題が残り真に適切な検出の方法は市場には見られないの
が実情である。
そこで本発明者は２種々研究の結果、上記の如き目的に
合った検出精度１時ＪｌＪ的応答性の鋭さ、使用の簡便
性等で充分満足できる方法を見出し２本発明を完成した
ものである。
その方法の一実施態様を説明するとまず親水性であり、
かつ微細な漏洩部への浸透性に秀れた物質としてアルコ
ール、　！＃にエチルアルコールを使用しこれに着色物
質好ましくはメチレンブルーを少量溶かす。次いでこの
溶液を、気密性をチェックしようとする容器内に用リエ
注入する。これを暫時放置したのら。
該容器よりの着色のにじみ現象の有無により、容器の漏
洩性を検知する。
一般に市場に流通する加工食品で容器の漏洩に起因する
吸湿により受室する危険は本号法シこよろチェックｉこ
より充分防止できろことは多くの実験により確認済であ
る。
以上の如く本発明は１紙管や多層フィルムのパック等廉
価で大准製造されろ外器の気冨性の１１−＋ｉ便且合目
的、なチェック方法として食品、医薬品製造工程の検査
に貢献できろ秀れた方法である。

  1. メチレンブルーその他の色素のアルコール溶液を容器に
    注入し、該溶液の漏出の有無及びその程度により、該容
    器の気密性を試験する方法
