Claims (1)
- 温度調節計の制御目標値に対して一定変化率で
増加する設定値を供給する手段と、温度の測定値
が上記設定値に対して第１の許容範囲にあるとき
は調節計の操作出力をホールドする手段と、温度
の測定値が上記設定値に対して第１の許容範囲と
第２の許容範囲の間にあるときは調節計の操作出
力を偏差の極性に応じた制御方向に発信させる手
段と、温度の測定値が上記設定値に対して第２の
許容範囲を越えたときは上記設定値を上記測定値
に一致させるトラツキング手段とを具備した温度
制御装置。
