Claims (1)
- 制御対象の制御目標値と被制御量との偏差を用
いて被制御量を制御目標値に追従させる制御系に
おいて、リミツト値が上記制御目標値に設定され
るとともに時定数が上記制御系の制御速度と同程
度で且つ上記制御目標値が入力されるリミツター
付積分手段と、この積分手段の出力と上記被制御
量との偏差が所定値以上で所定時間継続したとき
異常を判断する異常判断手段とを具備したことを
特徴とする異常監視装置。
