Claims (1)
- 水蒸気を注入して被処理物を殺菌するレトルト
釜において、前記レトルト釜の一側鏡板内中心軸
上に前記レトルト釜外に設けた駆動装置により駆
動するフアンと、このフアンと相対する位置に底
面が横方向に開口された複数のノズル状スリツト
を有する障壁板からなる凹部を具えた鏡板を端部
に設けた内胴とを設けて成り、この内胴と前記レ
トルト釜本体胴板及び鏡板との間は水蒸気通路か
ら構成されていることを特徴とする横型円筒式レ
トルト釜。
