Claims (1)
- 冷水を充填したタンクに循環路の両端を接続し
、その循環路には、処理槽に対して冷水を供給す
る冷水供給口を設け、その冷水供給口と上記タン
クとの間における循環路の冷水供給路に送水ポン
プ及び冷却器を接続した鮮度保持装置において、
前記タンクの内部に排水孔を備える混合管を配置
して前記循環路の冷水戻り口端部を接続し、その
混合管にオゾン供給管を接続し、このオゾン供給
管にオゾン発生器および送風ポンプを接続したこ
とを特徴とする鮮度保持用冷水装置。
