- タンク本体は、所定圧力を維持するための重量
を有すると共に圧力調整弁を有する蓋体を備え、
内部には側壁内周に沿つて上部から下部へ螺旋状
に配設した冷水管を設け、下面に加熱装置を備え
せしめて形成することにより構成した食品の殺菌
処理装置。
