- 酒仕込みタンク本体の側部外壁と、これを囲ん
で配設される筒状体の内壁間に形成される環状通
路の底部から上部に向けて冷却媒体の流れる通路
を形成すると共に、前記底部に冷却媒体供給手段
を設けることを特徴とする酒仕込みタンクの冷却
装置。
