- 底部に振動子７有し、その振動子７の振動によ
つて水を霧化する水槽６と、該水槽６上にセツト
される水タンク２を有し、該水タンク２と水槽６
間の水通路にイオン交換樹脂等を内蔵した濾過容
器４を設けるものに於いて、前記濾過容器４を通
水性を有し、かつイオン交換樹脂等の通過しない
隔壁５により分割したことを特徴とする超音波加
湿器。
