るいは）接合用溝７が形成されてなる断熱床パネ

板１を取り付ける（図−ｂ）。取り付けには、接
着剤を使用するか、接着剤と釘を併用する。８は
中桟である。次に、上記床パネル３内に、グラス
ウール，スラグウール，発泡ポリウレタン，発泡
ポリスチレン等の断熱材４を挿入充填し（図−
ｃ）た後、裏面に不織布，織布等の布５が取り付
けられている（図−ｄ）。この布５の取り付け
は、枠材２に酢ビ系接着剤を塗布し、熱盤プレ
ス，熱ロールプレスすればよい。ポリエステル系
の布であれば酢ビ系接着剤で接着しにくいのでス
テープルを併用した方が好ましいが、酢ビ系の接
着剤だけでも布５の表面に接着剤がしみ出してく
るので、接着剤の投錨効果で接着は可能である。
なお、不織布を使用する場合、接着剤が不織布に
しみ込んで剥離防止の効果が生じる。次に、表面
板１と枠材２との接合部分に接合用突条（雄実）
６と接合用溝（雌実）７を形成する（図−ｅ）。
接合方法に雇実方式をとれば、床パネルの全側縁
