(Prior art) The floor surface of a conventional laminated block is made by forming a block board made of square wood material or a board surface into a square by sequentially fitting female and male grooves of laminated materials as small and vertically long unit pieces. The construction method called the wet method is one in which a tooth-like object hanging down from the bottom of a laminated block is inserted and crimped into the mortar while the mortar is still soft after being placed. This involved joining and arranging laminated blocks in a predetermined manner.
In addition, in conventional laminated blocks, the laminated materials constituting the blocks are joined by contacting their vertical surfaces, so it takes a lot of effort to construct a smooth floor surface using a large number of laminated blocks. Since dry construction, in which laminated blocks (without vertical teeth) are bonded to the mortar with adhesive after the mortar has dried, has been used instead of the wet method, it has become possible to The laminate blocks may not be smooth, and due to the influence of floor moisture, atmospheric humidity, and temperature changes, deformations such as heaving may occur between the laminate materials that make up the laminate blocks, and this may also affect how the laminate blocks fit together. However, not only did it take a lot of effort to hoist it up, but it also had some defects, such as the block floor becoming uneven.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention has been developed to prevent the laminated block from being deformed due to the mutual rise of the laminated materials constituting it, and to maintain its own shape even if the mortar floor surface is uneven. The object of the present invention is to provide a laminated block which can be easily stretched without being affected by the wind and which has a smooth floor surface after being stretched.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The laminated block of the present invention is a block machine in which the board surface is formed into a square by sequentially fitting female and male meshes of laminated materials as small width and vertically long unit pieces. Male grooves are provided protrudingly at the left and right ends in the direction, female grooves are recessed at the front and rear ends in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and a cushion material is bonded to the entire back surface of the block board.

(Function) According to the above configuration, each individual laminate that makes up the block plate is mutually interfitting-joined, so that the block plate itself is less likely to deform. As a result, even if any unevenness from the mortar floor surface acts on a single laminate, it is absorbed by the entire block plate, and only the floor cushion material deforms, allowing the floor surface to be raised smoothly.

(Example) To specifically explain the present invention using an example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a narrow and vertically long laminated material 1
are fitted to each other by male and female tongue and groove fitting to form a square block disk, and male grooves 2 are provided protruding from the left and right ends of the block disk in the joining direction, and male grooves 2 are provided in a direction perpendicular to the male grooves 2. Female grooves 3 are recessed at the front and rear ends of the block board, and the back surfaces of the fitted laminated materials are integrated with a cushion material 4. The shapes shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 are examples of the shape of the female and male groove fitting of the laminated materials 1. The shape shown in FIG. 4 is wedge-shaped, and the shape shown in FIG. This figure shows an arc-shaped fitting. In this way, each of the laminated materials 1 is firmly joined in the longitudinal direction, so that even if a local external force is applied, the laminated materials 1 do not deform individually. In addition, when raising the floor surface, the cushion material 4 of each laminated block a is adhered to the mortar floor surface,
Moreover, for the laminated block a shown in FIG.
As shown in the laminated block a shown in the figure, the laminated materials 1 of each laminated block a are joined in sequence by fitting the female grooves 3 at the front and rear ends into the male grooves at the left and right ends while making the joining directions of the laminated materials 1 perpendicular to each other. The floor surface is raised.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, since the individual laminated blocks are joined by fitting the male and female grooves while the joining directions of the laminated materials 1 are perpendicular to each other, the laminated blocks themselves do not deform. Furthermore, even if the mortar floor surface is uneven, each laminated material will not be deformed by itself, so there is an effect of saving labor in tensioning and providing a smooth floor surface.
