【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) その表面の電極上に複数の発光ダイオード
チツプがボンデイングされた基板と、該基板の周
縁部上に形成された反射枠体と、該反射枠体の内
部に充填された透明もしくは半透明のモールド材
からなるライトガイド層と、前記反射枠体上に敷
設固着された拡散シートと、を有するLED発光
装置において、前記ライトガイド層上には、各々
の発光ダイオードチツプと対向する位置に薄膜が
形成された拡散フイルタシートが配設されている
ことを特徴とするLED発光装置。 (2) 前記薄膜は、Al蒸着によつて形成されて
いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項記載のLED発光装置。
